Since 1990, we have turned Kauaʻi’s passion fruit into jelly, mustard, and syrup by hand.

Every jar is cooked in small batches in Waimea Town, the same way it always has been. No shortcuts, no factory a thousand miles away. Just lilikoʻi, sugar, and the aloha it takes to do it right.

We are a Kauaʻi Made company and a destination store, tucked into a historic building on the road up to Waimea Canyon. Locals send visitors here. Visitors ship it home.
